With the aim of making customer feels more convenient, delivery is available every day including Public Holidays starting from 12p.m. with last delivery at 11 p.m. MCO last delivery 8 p.m. Stay home and let us deliver to you!

Transit 

Please note that due to the complexities and delicate process of delivery, minor blemish and defect such as spill and brushing of item onto the box are unavoidable mishaps which we will not cover.

We strive to deliver your items to you as soon as possible after order is placed. However, unforeseen circumstances such as accident, traffic and weather conditions can affect the timing of delivery. Please be patient and rest assured that driver will make every effort to deliver your mooncake to you as fast as they could. Neither our company nor the driver is responsible for any loss in the event of delay in delivery time due to the above causes.

Item Not Delivered 

Should customer/recipient absent/failed to receive the item when driver has reached the address as stated, an additional charge of RM20 will be applied for arrangement of second delivery on the same day before 11 p.m. However, arrangement for second delivery must be made within 24 hours after first delivery attempt.

Delivery Drop-Off 

A photograph of the item with the recipient may be snapped at the point of delivery drop-off to ensure that we have the person in file who has received the item (whether it is the customer or someone collecting on their behalf) and that the item is delivered in complete.
